I bought a chunk of uncut pastrami from this great old Jewish deli today, Uncle Harry’s in Grosse Pointe Farms. They don’t sell it like this, the girl behind the counter first told me no, but the owner was right there and he was like, sure! Not the bread or cheese I would choose first, but still was great. Most places shave pastrami thin, I wanted to try it like you see at those famous old places
